Financial Assistance Center
GFDA, with its lending partners, offers incentive financing programs that assist in the location of new businesses to our area. Equally important, we offer loan programs that assist existing businesses to expand and new businesses to grow in the region.
A wide variety of programs are available – and each business’ needs are unique. But here are a few options we can offer:
- Loans for working capital, equipment, training, product development, renovations and new construction.
- Start-ups, expansions, modernizations, re-structuring and acquisitions.
- Flexible loan terms
- Access to technical assistance, business training, loan guarantees and equity sources.
- Brownfield Cleanup
We have closed over 250 loans totaling more than $10 million, leveraging over $40 million in new investment in the Sweetgrass Region – Cascade, Glacier, Pondera, Teton and Toole Counties and in Gallatin, Lewis & Clark and Yellowstone Counties of Montana as well. Our clients include entrepreneurs, new and existing business, and developers of all size and type. We are an equal opportunity lender.
